David is a tech investor at Osage University Partners, a VC firm based in Philadelphia that invests in university spinouts. His core technology focus areas are computing, networks, wireless technology, signal processing and machine learning. As a lead engineer at Lockheed Martin Advanced Technology Laboratories, he served as PI on multiple DARPA/DoD programs applying machine learning to spectrum sensing and network security, and collaborated with university labs and industry partners to pursue transition opportunities for early concept technologies.
